  Anthropedia Well-Being
Coach Certification Program

Anthropedia is pleased to announce a new program to train and certify coaches to use our innovative approach to well-being. Our approach is unique because it is truly integrative and interdisciplinary. It incorporates the latest advances in psychiatry, psychology, neuroscience, and mind-body health.

Year 1 of the program will begin this fall in St. Louis, Missouri.
Dr. Munsch and Dr. Cloninger

The Missouri Institute of Mental Health will award
129 clock hours or 155 contact hours (15.5 CEUs) for this activity.

  Coursework
Our program is organized into 9 weekends, each of which will provide a number of different courses. These courses are designed to help you work on your own well-being, while enabling you to hone your coaching skills, expand your knowledge base, and learn about the latest advances in the science of well-being. Courses in Year 1 include: Anthropedia Coaching Foundations; Body Practices for Well-Being; Lifestyle Recommendations; Professional Practice; and Scientific, Philosophical, and Cultural Foundations.
  Program Development
The program was developed by the Anthropedia Institute, which is comprised of leading physicians, psychiatrists, neurologists, educators, psychologists, artists, and sociologists who research well-being and health-promotion strategies within their respective fields. The Institute is led by one of America's most distinguished psychiatrists, Dr. C. Robert Cloninger, who is Professor of Psychiatry, Psychology, and Genetics, and Director of the Center for Well-Being at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis.

Know Yourself
At the heart of our approach to well-being is the Know Yourself DVD series. During Year 1 of the certification program, you will be trained how to use the first 8 DVDs of this series with your clients and given exclusive access to the DVDs and other accompanying resources.
